TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
These terms and conditions are agreed by both parties (the owner /agent and the hirer).
A non refundable deposit of $500 including GST is required to secure the booking.
Payment of this constitutes the clients acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to sailing or if the booking is made on the date of departure the cruise must be paid in full prior to sailing. If payment has not been received in full by due date the owner/agent may cancel the booking.
If the hirer cancels the booking there will be no refund given.
If the owner/agent cancels booking for unforeseen circumstances there will be a full refund.
The owner/agent reserves the right to alter the booking in a minor way due to circumstances out of our control.
Use of amenities
The hirer agrees that all activities taken during the cruise is at the hirers or guests own risk and shall not make the owners/agent responsible in any way shape or form.
- Animals are not permitted.
- Drugs are not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted.
Website content is an accurate representation of our vessels but the owner/agent is not responsible for slight variance for photos seen throughout the website, these photos can include food displayed or brand of champagne shown.
The owner/agent will not give out information of who has chartered our vessels unless the hirer specifically grants permission. Inspiration Cruises will keep statistics on file to improve our business.
Food and drinks
You may bring your own food and drinks. We can arrange this for you and we normally use award winning restaurants to do this
The hirer agrees that the owner/agent will not be responsible for any occurrence which might occur from the direct result of consuming food or drinks on board our vessels.
The hirer permits the owner/agent to refuse entry, amend the rates or immediately terminate the Cruise
